• 2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking the below image.
• 3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
• 4. Back at our site, proceed to checkout.
• 5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING and SHIPPING Address.
• 6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.
• 7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
• 8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
• 9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.

If you are using Paypal as your payment method, please make sure to change your verified address to your newly received Bongo address. *We will not ship until the Bongo address is confirmed.

We ship to most countries worldwide.  Unless you indicate your desired shipping service upon checkout, we will use the best possible method available for your country based on the total amount of your order.  The available shipping methods are:

United States Postal Service (USPS):
International Express Mail Service

Shipments are made within 48 hours of received payment via PayPal or Bank Draft. If payment is received by personal check, business check or international money order, your item will be shipped as soon as the funds clear in OUR bank account usually within 10 business days of the deposit date.

CUSTOMS, IMPORT, DUTIES AND TAX FEES:

Your country of residence may impose customs, import, duties or tax fees that you must pay because your order originated outside of your home country.  These fees are your responsibility and are separate from the cost you paid to Gemstone King for your merchandise and shipping.

Please note that we CANNOT mark the customs tag as a "gift" or to value the order at less than what you paid for the merchandise. This practice is considered fraud.  Violations of this policy carry severe penalties and can result in Gemstone King losing international shipping privileges.
