DO YOU RESIZE RINGS? |
 |
We do resize rings. If you require resizing of a ring please contact us before CHECK-OUT you can leave a not during CHECK -OUT. If you do request resizing it can delay delivery of an item from 5 to 7 days. Rings can usually be resized up or down no more than 2 sizes. |

DO WE OFFER APPRAISALS OR CERTIFICATES? |
|
Since we are wholesale manufacturers and not retailers we usualy don't offer an appraisal, as such there is no way for us to factor in the cost of obtaining an independent Appraisal from a Gemological Laboratory We can make arrangements for you to submit it to a Recognized Laboratory however please keep in mind that they do charge for this service. On the rare occasion where there is an appraisal or certificate with a piece of Jewelry, Gem or Diamond it will be clearly stated in the item descriptions. |

WHAT ARE COLORS ENHANCED DIAMONDS? |
|
Color enhanced diamonds are natural diamonds that have undergone a coloring technique/procedure based on high energy particle technology.

IS THE COLOR PERMANENT? |
|
The color of each diamond that we treat is permanent and stable under normal conditions of wear and care. Color enhanced diamonds can be treated as any other diamond except when there are processes involving extreme heat (572° F). When a ring is given for resizing, for example, the client should inform the jeweler that the diamond is color enhanced so that the proper precautions can be taken. |

WHY COLOR A DIAMOND? |

Natural color diamonds are so beautiful but yet so rare and therefore so expensive. With today's technology it is possible to take a colorless diamonds and permanently add colors to them. |

CAN I GET MY COLOR ENHANCED DIAMOND CERTIFIED? |

Yes the Gemological laboratories are now issuing diamond certifications for color enhanced diamonds. |

WHAT ARE CLARITY ENHANCED DIAMONDS? |
|
Clarity Enhanced diamonds are real natural diamonds. The principle of Clarity Enhancement is to make natural diamond imperfections invisible. Almost every diamond has minute imperfections and fissures. When light rays travel through a diamond the fissure reflects the light in such a way that it becomes visible. It is these fissures that are made invisible through enhancement. After the enhancement process the light rays are able to travel through the fissure instead of reflecting off of it, giving you a visually more perfect diamond.

WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO LOW IN COMPARISON TO RETAIL STORES? |

We are a jewelry manufacturing company, and the prices we offer are the price that we would normally sell to other wholesalers or jewelry stores.
A typical jewelry distribution channel involves 4 to 5 middlemen representing 300 to 400% in added cost. Putting our products on eBay allows us to interact directly with the consumer at tremendous savings. |

Exposure during ordinary wear to perspiration and household chemicals, like chlorine and hairspray, can cause buildup that dulls the surface of the diamond. We recommend periodic cleaning to keep the diamond sparkling and refractive. |

DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONAL? |
|
We do ship to most countries with the exception of Indonesia. We will ship by the best possible method either United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal (USPS)Service by Registered Mail. Shipments are made within 48 hours of payment receipt via Paypal, Money Order or Bank Draft. If payment is received by personal or business check your item will be shipped 10 days after we deposit your check into our account and not when it clears your bank. |

IF I SEND PAYMENT TODAY, HOW FAST CAN YOU SHIP? |

If we receive your payment before 10:00AM, we can ship your order out the same day. Orders paid by personal check will be shipped once the check clears which can take up to 10 business days. We ship Monday thru Friday - our shipping department is closed over the weekends and on holidays |

CAN YOU DO EXPEDITED DELIVERY? |

We can do UPS Next Day Air for $25, and UPS 2nd Day Air for $15. Requests for expedited delivery should be emailed so we can inform our shipping department. |

CAN I PAY BY CHECK? |
|
Yes, we do accept personal checks that are drawn on a U.S Bank, however we hold shipping on the item until the check clears our account. Since each bank is different we have a policy of shipping the item 10 days after we deposit the check into our account, not when it clears your bank.
So if you take into consideration the time you mail a check and the 10 day hold we place on shipping it can take up to 2 weeks before we ship from the time you mail your check. For faster service it is recommended you send a Bank Check or money order and we will then ship normally within 1 business day not including weekends or holidays.
There is no exception to this rule so please do not ask. Any check returned from your bank for any reason will be assessed a $35.00 Bank Fee. |
